Comrades,
The
current Cadre Restructuring is too for IRS and by IRS that is why that
neither base Cadre seniority/all India seniority is being implemented by the
CBEC nor regional disparity is being removed during Cadre Restructuring for
justice with Group B executive cadres. The only way for justice is joint
agitation by the Federation/Association of Inspector &
Superintendent OR relief from the competent Court by staying interest of IRS
cadre.
As per reliable sources all documents &
formalities relating to Notifications for implementation of CR-2013 and
promotion of the Chief Commissioners to Principal Chief Commissioners are ready
as per commitment between the IRS Association & the Finance Minister.
The Notifications and promotion
orders can be issued simultaneously on any day within this month as
per convenience & availability of the Finance Minister.
This
is time for do or dies for the justice by both the
Federations, otherwise be ready to face further injustice/disparity.
The future of Inspectors of Rajasthan
appears not good despite of our all out efforts and we are waiting for
decision/call of our Federation.
