Meeting with the CC & Commissioner

Dear Comrades,

Today, We have meet with the Chief Commissioner (Jaipur Zone), Commissioner–Jaipur-I & Additional Commissioner (CCO) and discussed on the following points in common interest:-

1.  The tenure of Service Tax Ranges should be treated as non-sensitive OR the present prescribed tenure should be reduced from 2 to 1 year.

2.  The senior Inspectors should be posted in Audit and Inspector having service of less than 5 years should not be posted in the Audit.

3.  If some Inspectors requests for extension at Customs Boarder posts, the same should be granted.

4.  The Lady Officers should not be disturbed from their family station.

5.  If any Inspector requests for extension after completion of the prescribed station tenure on genuine grounds, the same may be considered on merits, but should be assigned only non-sensitive charges during such extended period.

6.  The same sensitive posting/charge should not be assigned to any Inspector before interval of 8 years.

7. CE Commissionerate, Jaipur-II should be allocated to those Inspectors, who have zero or less service tenure in the said Commissionerate in comparison to other Inspectors.

The authorities heard us patiently and principally agreed with our submissions. The above points will be included in Transfer Policy after final discussion, but before the coming AGT.

With Regards,

Yours Comradely,
BL Meena                                                              Abhay Singh
PRESIDENT                                               GENERAL SECRETARY
