CR file returned by RS

Dear Comrades

 

In continuation to news posted on 25th April, it is to inform all of you the Finance Minister attended office on 26th April (Saturday) and asked for CR file. As per reliable sources, the new Revenue Secretary not convinced with formulation submitted by CBEC authorities for implementation of CR that is why that he returned the CR file back to CBEC with remarks. Let us see new formulation of the IRS lobby in their own interest.

 

The latest steps of our Federation can be perused at blog of the Federation, but views will be posted only after meeting/response of the Chairperson in the matter therefore, the Federation has been suggested for an early AND full flagged meeting with the Chairperson for natural justice too without delay. The coming week will be very crucial for further developments and blog will be updated accordingly.
